Hi, I’m Elena! I’m a kinesiologist and certified yoga instructor with a deep passion for movement, mindfulness, and overall well-being.​​​​

My yoga journey began in 2020 during the COVID pandemic, and over the past five years, it has transformed not only my body but also my mindset. I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from McGill University in 2023 and have since worked as a clinical kinesiologist, helping individuals with reactivation, designing personalized exercise programs, and supporting mental health through movement. My approach integrates tools to help people rebuild routines, manage energy levels, and navigate anxiety and depression—because movement is about so much more than just the physical.​​​

In 2024, I earned my yoga certification through Yoga Renew and expanded my teaching as a group fitness instructor, leading classes like Cardio Tone, Yogalates, Strength & Stretch, and more! My curiosity and desire to give back led me to volunteer at a cancer center in 2025, where I teach Cardio Tone to individuals undergoing or recovering from cancer treatments, making movement accessible and empowering for all.

Through my work, I strive to help people reconnect with their bodies, build strength, and find balance on and off the mat. Having once struggled with anxiety, and constantly rushing through life, I understand the importance of slowing down. My purpose is to help others feel secure within themselves, release anxiety, and detach from external validation. Through movement and mindfulness, I teach the value of pausing, embracing solitude, and finding peace in the present moment. You don’t always need to rush—it’s okay to breathe, to take a day off, and to simply be.​
